With nearly 40 years of experience in fresh produce, we know that exceptional flavor begins with choosing the right fruit. Unlike mass-produced gifts made with ordinary fruit, we carefully select our fruit and allow it to ripen naturally until it reaches the perfect balance of sweetness, freshness, and flavor. We then handcraft each arrangement using premium Belgian chocolate—creating beautiful gifts that taste just as wonderful as they look.

Ordering, delivery and product information.

Platter Sizes & Servings

Small fruit and vegetable platters serve about 12 people; large platters serve about 24. Special Packages include small platters. Strawberry packages include 12 chocolate-covered strawberries.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery are available beginning the day after an order is placed. Available time windows are 10:00 AM–12:00 PM, 12:00–2:00 PM, 2:00–4:00 PM, 4:00–6:00 PM and 6:00–8:00 PM.

Pickup is at 76 Bennington Street, East Boston, MA 02128. Local delivery is available within approximately 3 miles of the store for a $10 delivery fee. We will confirm that the delivery address is within the service area before payment.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because our products are fresh and made to order, all sales are final once preparation has begun. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

If an order is incorrect, damaged, spoiled or not delivered, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Substitutions & Handmade Designs

Fruit size, color and availability naturally vary. When an ingredient or decoration is unavailable, we may use a comparable item of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style and quality of the order.

Every platter, bouquet and chocolate design is handmade. The finished product may vary slightly from its photograph.

Freshness & Storage

For best quality, refrigerate prepared fruit, chocolate-covered strawberries and vegetable platters promptly. Keep the product covered and enjoy it as soon as possible after pickup or delivery.

Allergy Information

Products may contain or come into contact with milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts and coconut. Items are prepared in a shared kitchen, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product. Please call us before ordering if you have a food allergy.

Privacy

We collect the information needed to prepare and coordinate an order, such as your name, contact details, requested date and delivery address. Giveaway and specials subscriptions are voluntary. We do not sell customer information.

Ordering Terms

Prices, ingredients and availability may change. An order is not confirmed until Fatma’s Fruteria accepts it and payment is completed through the store’s secure payment service. Taxes apply only where required. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, pickup and delivery information.

Giveaway Terms

No purchase is necessary, and a purchase does not increase the chance of winning. Follow Fatma’s Fruteria on Instagram or Facebook and message GIVEAWAY from that platform to receive an entry form. Each platform provides one entry, for a maximum of two entries when both accounts are followed. Each entry may select one giveaway.

A provisional winner’s follow and submitted information will be verified before a prize is awarded.
